We have not opened yet, but soon you can tell Aiya what you are planning and local caterers will send you menus and prices. If you run a catering business, you will get requests from customers near you. Join the waitlist and we will email you first when we open.

You tell Aiya – our cAItering agent – what you are planning: the date, the city, how many guests and what you would like to eat. We send your request to local caterers that are a good fit, and you get one or more replies within 24h with menus and prices. Then you compare them at your own pace and book the one you like.
Nothing. Aiya and the proposals are free for you as a customer. You only pay the caterer you choose to book.
We are starting in Sweden. Aiya looks for caterers near the city you give, so add your city when you sign up. Then we can tell you when we open near you.
Aiya always asks about allergies and dietary needs. They are included in the request to every caterer, so they see them before they reply.
We keep what you fill in here and when you gave and confirmed your consent. We only use it to email you about caitering.ai and when Aiya opens near you. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in our emails or by emailing hej@caitering.ai. Our privacy policy has the details.
Requests from customers near you, both private and corporate, with the date, number of guests, wishes and allergies. You decide which ones to answer. We check your company registration, and a VERIFIED badge shows on your offers.
Signing up is free, and you get free credits to start with. After that, each answered request costs one credit, as set out in the terms. Premium costs extra. Contact us for pricing.
Menu upload that Aiya reads for you, quick replies where Aiya drafts your offer responses, your own knowledge base, an admin system with an overview of requests and orders, and your own chat widget for your website with your own Aiya that you can rename. Text is included, voice costs extra. Image gallery: Aiya tags your photos, blurs anything that reveals your kitchen and suggests the right photos for every offer. Contact us for pricing.
